This steam table adapter plate is made of durable 19 gauge stainless steel. It’s designed to fit full-size openings in steam tables to make them adaptable for round insets. This adapter panel is perfect for use at diners, restaurants, and catered events. This adapter has 2 holes; one is 6 3/8″ in diameter, to hold a 4 quart inset and the other is 10 3/8″ in diameter, to hold an 11 quart inset.
