The Kilotech BK are mechanical baker’s dough beam scales available in both metric and avoirdupois. This has been designed for bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, candy shops, and other food preparation applications. With rubber feet the scales are slip proof. The Kilotech BK has two measurements you can chose from: an 8kg measurement with a 10g graduation, and a 16 lb measurement with 1/4 oz graduation.

For larger measurements they come with a 9″ diameter chrome platter. And with a durable metal construction and enamel finish they have enhanced longevity. Please note this scale is not legal for trade.
