Description
The Ice-O-Matic GEM0650R is a remote-cooled ice machine that produces up to 684 pounds of Pearl Ice per day. Pearl Ice is similar to nugget ice, which consist of soft chewable ice crystals that cool beverages faster than typical cube ice. The machine is remotely powered, allowing for more space and efficiency in the kitchen. This ice maker features a SystemSafe load monitoring system which checks the workload on the gearbox, and can shut the system down before problems develop, reducing the likelihood of costly repairs. The GEM0650A has a Water Sensor, which eliminates low or no water failures. The stainless steel construction of this ice makers’ evaporator and auger make this unit durable and reliable.
