Hoshizaki KM-161BAJ Description
Featuring EverCheck™ technology, the Hoshizaki KM-161BAJ undercounter ice maker informs operators of system malfunctions quickly. With a simple on and off switch, this unit can be controlled without removing the panel. Its stainless steel exterior can be wiped clean, and its slide-in door supports quick content access. As many as 78 pounds of ice can be stored in the bin for peak business hours.
In ideal situations, the Hoshizaki KM-161BAJ undercounter ice maker produces as much as 163 pounds of crescent ice per day. In the self-contained condenser, air flows in and out the front, and its filter is removable for cleaning. The H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial protects the ice scoop from bacteria buildup for clean ice.
