Delfield 4427NP-8 Description
Using a patented air screen, product in the Delfield 4427NP-8 sandwich prep table is kept cold without drying out. The single section offers 8.2 cubic feet of interior space and can accommodate eight sixth-size food pans. Its refrigeration system breathes from the front and is self-contained to streamline installation. To cool the cabinet with minimal impact on the environment, it uses natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant . The temperature can be adjusted from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state electronic controls.
The Delfield 4427NP-8 salad prep table has an ABS interior to streamline cleaning. The exterior is made of stainless steel—a durable metal that resists rust, corroding, warps, and scrapes. It’s positioned on 5-inch casters for mobility throughout the kitchen. The top’s 10-inch polyethylene cutting board offers space for employees to slice and cut ingredients. Inside the cabinet, one epoxy-coated wire shelf accommodates product.
