Description
Manufacturer’s Recommendation: Chef Specialties recommends only filling salt and pepper mills 3/4 full. Filling to the 3/4 level decreases the amount of torque on the grinding mechanism, allowing for an easier and more comfortable grind. For pepper mills, the extra space in the chamber also allows for the swelling of peppercorns in more humid environments.
