The Vollrath 47283 is a 16 inch long french whip constructed from stainless steel. This French whisk is designed with thicker wires than a piano whip/whisk for exceptional performance when working with heavy food products. The wires form a teardrop shape, and are perfect for whipping heavy sauces, batters, and other ingredients that require some added air while eliminating lumps. Center reinforcement wire eliminates bending, twisting, and deforming.
